Eighteen hundred forty one, Between Josiah Horn Sr of the County of Montgmoery and State of Tennessee of the one part and Josiah Horn Jr of the said county and state of the other part Witnesseth said Josiah Horn Sr for the love and affection I entertain for Josiah Horn Jr I give transfer and convey to him the tract of land on which I now live bounded as follows, on the north by Wm. Moore & Frazor, on the west by ......................... on the south by Massie and in the east by Cordial H. Horn, to have and to hold the same to the said Josiah Horn Jr, his heirs and assigns forever, I covenant and agree for myself and him to warrant & defend the title to the said tract of land to the said Josiah Horn, his heirs & assigns against the lawful claim of all persons whatsoever.
